SUPPORT RAFFLE NOW2023 FIRST RESPONDERS CHARITY FUNDRAISER RAFFLE RULES
- To participate, you must be at least 18 years old to purchase a ticket.
- You need not be present to win once you have purchased a raffle ticket. However, you must keep your ticket stub in order to redeem your prize.
- Ticket purchases are non-refundable.
- All cash prize winners will have a check made out in their name within ten business days of the drawing on September 3, 2023.
- The Raffle will be conducted in a reverse drawing. The first Ticket drawn on September 3, 2023 via Facebook and Instagram Live at 7pm EST and will be for the 6th Place Prize and continue up to the Grand Prize.
- Winners will be notified by Email, US Mail, Social Media and Cell.
- Grand Prize and 2nd Place Winners will have Ten (10) Business Days after notification to pick up vehicles in Upper Marlboro, MD.
- Winners give consent to be used (name, photo, likeness) for the purpose of marketing via our social channels.
- Prize winners must meet federal and state eligibility requirements, including proof of identification, social security or other identification required by law. This must be provided prior to issuance of any award or cash.
- 1099 Tax Forms will be issued to all winners and will be reported to the Internal Revenue Service and State Franchise Tax Board. Consult your tax advisor for deductibility of your ticket purchase.
- Any and all taxes, licenses, permits, inspections, delivery charges, etc. will be the sole responsibilities of winners of any prizes offered in conjunction with The 2023 First Responders Charity Fundraiser Raffle.
- Any decisions concerning eligibility, timing of purchased tickets, or any other procedural matters to include, but not limited to ending raffle early and/or extensions shall remain within the sole discretion of the FRCF Chair.
- All raffle results and/or sales are final.

The First Responders Charity Raffle Committee, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, sponsors, TWACH or any persons or organization affiliated with the FRCFR event shall be held harmless from any liability as for any loss, injury, claim, or otherwise resulting from any prize obtained through the sale of tickets. By accepting a ticket, the holder acknowledges this limitation of liability and assumes any liability and will hold harmless the FRCFR committee or any affiliate or any liability resulting from the purchase of a ticket or any prize resulting there from.
